Cancel, refund, and waitlist policy
Clear house rules so everyone can plan with confidence. Credits stay with your Society account. We do not issue cash refunds.
Cancellations
Cancel free for a credit if you cancel 24 hours or more before the session starts. Inside 24 hours, the seat or credit is forfeited.
Refunds
Refunds are credit only. Open Play drop-in, Ladder, and League purchases convert to Society credit when eligible under the cancellation window. No cash refunds.
No-shows
If you miss a booked session without cancelling, the seat or credit is forfeited.
Waitlist and full sessions
When a session is full, join the waitlist with your email. If a seat opens, we email the next person on the list so they can book. You can also choose another date.
Summary: Credit only, never cash. Free cancellation for a credit 24 hours or more before the session. Inside that window or a no-show forfeits the seat or credit. Full sessions: join the waitlist and we email you if a seat opens.
